The care and treatment of each resident is closely monitored and reviewed by a team of credentialed and experienced professionals including:
Clinical Director - is a Master's trained clinician with many years of experience in psychiatric and brain injury care. The Clinical Director coordinates and monitors the overall flow of all treatments for each resident.
Personal Care Home Administrator - has many years of experience in long-term care The P.C.H.A. administers the day to day programming and assures the day to day needs of each resident are met.
Board Certified Psychiatrist - M.D. is in private practice, does routine visits, and is available on call to immediately respond to the resident's needs.
Medical Director - The consulting Physician, in group practice specializing in geriatric care, does routine visits and is available on call to immediately respond to the resident's needs.
Nurse Manager - RN oversees and assures the resident's medical needs are addressed. Medication management is strictly monitored.
Plant Engineer - has many years of experience in facilities management and is skilled in building code standards and fire safety.
Life Skills Assistants - work with the residents to provide 24 hour care and supervision. They are CPR and First Aide Certified and receive ongoing training in many aspects of residential care.
