Under the direction of the Clinical director, the treatment team at Whitemarsh House and all referring professionals assess each resident’s needs, carefully design each care plan and mindfully monitor progress throughout his or her stay, as needed.

Special attention is always given to families during and after the transition. Family participation is always encouraged and family education is offered.

Referral process may be initiated by clients or their family members, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, attorneys, trust fund managers, federal, state, county, and community agencies.
